Pet Euthanasia Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
Your veterinarian reserves time in their schedule exclusively for you, so we kindly ask you to cancel your appointment as soon as possible. This allows your veterinarian to assist another family in need.
Because we send board certified veterinarians to your home 24 hours a day, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy.
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment time. The card is charged in FULL for the appointment amount before we dispatch a doctor to your home. All appointment cancellations, regardless of the reason, will incur a booking fee of $150.00 once your credit card is charged.
If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours or less of the scheduled arrival time, you will incur the FULL house call fee in addition to the $150.00 booking fee.
Once your veterinarian is onsite, any cancellations will result in the entire amount of the charged appointment being non-refundable. We apologize, but at this point, no refunds will be given.
You may still use our cremation services, which you previously paid for, in the event your pet passes naturally before the veterinarian arrives within that 4-hour window, especially considering the sensitive matter of pet euthanasia.
